The shipyard is located on 40 Dimokratias
Avenue, in Perama and covers an area of 25,613 m2. It has a
pier with dimensions 150m x 10m, which can accommodate vessels
from both sides, and a dock station with dimensions 28m x 9.5m
for lifting yachts. Most of the shipyard’s surface is an open
space and is used as a repair zone for yachts.
